LOW COLUMN RESULTS


       There were 58 paid entries to the Low Column puzzle. There were also 7 entries that included the $5 subscription fee, but not the $35 entry fee. Those 7 players did not participate in the contest.
       The Low Column puzzle resulted in a 24-way tie. This would give prize shares of $67.67. Since that is less than $100, a tiebreaker puzzle has been issued.
       Here is the winning 466-point solution. Several other players also scored 466, but had words later in alphabetic order (COWPOX instead of AMBUSH).
