GENERAL RULES

       Please read these rules carefully before you enter. All players must agree to these rules as a condition of entry.

       These contests are designed for stronger players, however, any person 18 years or older may participate.

       Each entry must be entirely the work of the individual entrant.

       Entries must be postmarked by the given deadline, and must be received within 7 days thereafter. Improved or corrected entries may be sent up to the deadline for a $2 fee.

       The winning players will share 75% of the entry fees received.

       If prize shares are less than $100, a tiebreaker puzzle may be issued. There is a $2 judging fee for each tiebreaker.

       The winning answer and list of winners will be mailed with the next puzzle following the deadline. Prizes will be paid with the following month's puzzle.

       We welcome comments, suggestions and questions about our puzzle contests. Any question must be accompanied by a long SASE to receive an answer. Send all questions to The Contest Center, 59 DeGarmo Hills Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
